187 Ride or Die Review
187 Ride or Die is a thugged out car combat game that administers equal doses of driving and shooting. We have seen and done all of this before, however, so Ride or Die feels pretty flat. Find out all of the details right here.

Advent Rising Review
Advent Rising is a cinematic sci-fi shooter from Majesco and GlyphX Games that has a definite "big game" feel to it but suffers from poor execution and maybe being a little too ambitious. Find out what went right and where Advent Rising went wrong in our full review.

Area 51 Review
Area 51 is a first-person-shooter set in, you guessed it, the Area 51 base in the Nevada desert. The game starts off with a bang and looks very promising at the beginning, but the magic quickly fades (actually, all of your teammates die) and Area 51 ends up as being just another corridor crawl. It is still fun, but you have already played a dozen shooters just like it on the Xbox.

Battlefield 2: Modern Combat Review
Battlefield 2: Modern Combat is a solid first-person-shooter that delivers a fun single player experience and some of the best Xbox Live play around. It isnt as big or as polished as the PC Battlefield games, but there is a lot to like here which makes Battlefield 2 worth owning for shooter fans. Multiple classes, huge maps, vehicles Battlefield 2 has is all covered and more.

Blitz: The League Review
Blitz: The League was designed from the ground up to be a slap in the face to the NFL and EA for letting the Madden franchise run away with the exclusive NFL license. It seems to me, then, that if you want to beat Madden you should at least have as good of a football game as Madden. That doesnt happen in Blitz, and the football game that is hidden underneath all of the profanity, steroids, violence, and dancing cheerleaders is shallow and really isnt all that fun.

BloodRayne 2 Review
Half-vampire, half-human Rayne returns to fight her evil siblings in BloodRayne 2. It plays a lot like the first game, but with a lot more flash and deeper gameplay. Find out if BloodRayne 2 is worth sinking your teeth into in our full review.

Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood Review
A mere seven months after Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30, Ubisoft and developer Gearbox are back for more. As you can probably guess by to the quick turn around time, Earned in Blood is a heck of a lot like Road to Hill 30 in pretty much every aspect. The novelty of the experience has worn off, however, and the flaws with the gameplay are more readily apparent this time around. It is still a good game that is worth playing, but it isnt going to floor you like the first game did.

Burnout Revenge Review
The Burnout series rocks. Hard. But we all know that by now. Criterion and EA have put in a herculean effort over the last year to tweak and tune everything that was great about Burnout 3 and produce a game that is even better. Burnout Revenge is faster, more furious, and absolutely more fun than just about any other racer on the market. Find out all of the details right here.

Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO Review
Just like Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Street Fighter Anniversary Collection, and Guilty Gear X2 #Reload before it, the best console version of Capcom vs. SNK 2 is found on the Xbox. Castlevania: Curse of Darkness Review
Curse of Darkness marks the first time a Castlevania game has appeared on the Xbox. It is a 3D game and definitely isnt as good as recent 2D entries, but as far as 3D Castlevanias go it is easily the best of the bunch. The level design is a little bland and the combat gets a bit repetitive, but overall it is pretty solid. There isnt really a comparable experience available on Xbox and that right there makes it worth playing even if it isnt the best the series has to offer.

Cold War Review
Cold War is a stealth/espionage game that adds in new elements such as a gadget creation system in addition to the typical sneaking around and shooting enemies in the back of the head you usually find in stealth games. There are a lot of good ideas here but the execution leaves quite a bit to be desired, particularly when you compare it to other entries in the genre such as Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. For just $20, though, Cold War might still be worth checking out.

Combat: Task Force 121 Review
Combat: Task Force 121 isn't the best FPS on the Xbox, but for $20 it is still pretty tempting. Find out all about it here in our full review.

Conflict: Global Terror Review
Global Terror is the fourth game in the Conflict series and it offers many of the same thrills as its predecessors. The main difference here is that it takes you across the globe in the name of fighting terrorism rather than just focusing on Desert Storm or Vietnam like in the other games. The shooting is decent and the way you have to use your squad is actually pretty interesting, but Global Terror suffers from some AI and design flaws that seriously hinder the experience.

Conker: Live and Reloaded Review
Conker: Live and Reloaded is really two games in one - a remake of the classic N64 title Conker's Bad Fur Day as well as a full-featured multiplayer mode - and two for the price of one sounds pretty good to us. Read on to discover the good, the bad, and the ugly of Rare's newest Xbox title.

Crash Twinsanity Review
Crash Twinsanity is the last breath of a dying brand. Crash Bandicoot used to be a big player in this industry and actually stood toe-to-toe with Mario for mascot supremacy. My how the times have changed. Read our full review to find out why Crash Twinsanity is a rental at best and is more likely to simply be forgotten.

The Crazy Taxi series is fast, fun, and easy to pick up and play. Who would have thought that being a cab driver would be so fun! DDR Ultramix 3 Review
DDR Ultramix 3 is easily the best Ultramix game and is among the best DDR games released in the US. That is a pretty bold statement, but it is true for a number of reasons. The soundtrack is absolutely amazing, there are more modes than ever before, and casual players are actually embraced rather than shunned. If you are a DDR fan there is all of the goodness you would expect here, and if you are new to the series Ultramix 3 is a great game to start with.

Dead to Rights II Review
In this prequel to the original Dead to Rights, you control Jack Slate as he travels through dozens of identical rooms killing everyone he sees. You don't even have to actually aim, just lock onto an enemy and pull the trigger until they are dead. Awesome. Actually, no. Not really all that awesome. More like boring and repetitive. Read all about it in our full review.

Destroy All Humans! Review
Destroy All Humans! from Pandemic Studios and THQ is a GTA-inspired sandbox-style game where you are an alien sent to Earth with the mission of destroying humanity. It does a great job of delivering the same looks, sounds, and feel of classic 1950's sci-fi and there are a lot of really funny moments, but the gameplay falls flat. Find out what went wrong and what went right in our full review.

Doom 3 Review
The wait is finally over and Doom 3 is on Xbox. It isn't the best FPS on Xbox, but few games will creep you out the way Doom 3 can so it all evens out in the end. Find out more in our full review.

Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil Review
Resurrection of Evil is a stand alone expansion to Doom 3 (which was released just six months ago) and gives you new levels and some new weapons to get your demon killing freak on. The gameplay is pretty much the same as it was in Doom 3, but considering what all you are getting in Resurrection of Evil for just $30 makes it a pretty solid purchase even if it is just more of the same. Find out all of the details right here.

Dragon Ball Z: Sagas Review
Dragon Ball Z: Sagas is the latest DBZ release from Atari and is the first to appear on the Xbox. Rather than being a tournament fighter like most DBZ games, Sagas puts Goku and pals in a 3D action-adventure game and lets them run amok. It sounds like a good idea, sort of, but the final result isn't something DBZ fans are going to be proud of.

ESPN NFL 2k5 Review
ESPN NFL 2k5 is an amazingly solid game of football that is just as good, if not better, than the competition. Don't count it out just because it doesn't have a shiny "06" label on the box. It was the best football game in 2004 and, after seeing what Madden has to offer this year, it looks like the best football game of 2005 as well. Find out all of the details right here in our full review.
