Answer: Your gamer profile is made up of a number of different bits of information.
- Your Xbox Live Gamertag (nickname)
- Gamerscore (accumulated points across all of the games you have played)
- Reputation (the ranking other users rate your behavior on Xbox Live)
- Gamerzone (Pro, Underground, Recreational - what type of gamers you want to play with)
- Achievements [specific accomplishments in the games you have played)
All of this different information combines to give your friends and other people a nifty little window into your gaming habits. They can see what games you have played, what achievements you have earned, and compare your gamerscore to theirs.
