Guide Review - Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Review (Xbox)
In Morrowind there are a ton of things to do. You an follow the main story missions or you can take on new tasks given to you by AI characters. You can also join various guilds and organizations that will give you even more missions. On top of all this, you can upgrade and repair your own weapons and you can also learn how to enchant your weapons with different spells to make them even more powerful.
Morrowind suffers from quite a few problems, though. The graphics are pretty bland and the character models are downright ugly. Glitches also spoil an otherwise great experience. The load times are almost unbearable and the game won't even work for a lot of people. Also, the game tends to crash or freeze at random times and if you don't save often you are pretty much screwed.
Even with these glitches, Morrowind is a fun game. There is so much to do and so much to see that Morrowind can take hundreds of hours to fully complete. That is good value if you ask me. There are two different versions of Morrowind available for Xbox. The original version is just the Morrowind game, but the GOTY edition is the original game plus two expansion packs. Go GOTY.
