2012 XBLA Games Preview
2012 is looking like a great year for XBLA. We have our picks for a handful of titles coming in the first half of the year that you could keep an eye on.

Fall 2011 Kinect Games Preview
The Kinect camera has been out for almost a year now and the game releases are really ramping up. It was a bit slow through 2011 for the Kinect, but Fall 2011 is going to see a ton of new releases. We've listed out everything we know about right here.

Fall 2011 Xbox 360 Core Games Preview
After a boring Summer with only a few releases, the rush of Fall 2011 games is nearly upon us. We've listed out all of the core games we can find so you can map your playing and purchasing through the Fall.

Alan Wake Preview (X360)
Good news everyone! Microsoft sent out review copies of Alan Wake three weeks early ahead of the May 18th release date. Unfortunately, reviews can't be published until May 5th, but in the meantime we can share our impressions of the first episode in a spoiler free preview. From what we have played so far, Alan Wake is definitely going to be worth the wait.

UFC 2009: Undisputed Preview
Back when THQ first announced that they had acquired the UFC videogame license back in January 2007, I honestly thought that they would crank out a quick and dirty game by Fall ’07 and call it a day. But they didn’t. THQ is putting in a ton of effort into their first UFC game, and from the looks of it, it should definitely do the sport...

Rock Band News and Soundtrack Listing
Rock Band is going to be awesome. You can probably pencil it in as Game of the Year 2007 right now. Sure, BioShock, Halo 3, Mass Effect, Assassin’s Creed, and all the rest will be amazing, but I’m looking forward to Rock Band more than any of them. I have always been a music/rhythm game junkie, and Rock Band looks to deliver everything I have...

Rainbow Six: Vegas Hands on Preview (X360)
In the past, Tom Clancy games were rather polarizing. You either loved the realism and difficulty, or you didn’t. With the new entries in each series, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (and Double Agent) and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, the gameplay has been been tweaked so it is much more inviting for everyone. Thankfully, Rainbow Six: Vegas continues this trend, and the result is something very, very special. This is going to be a huge hit come mid-November.

Need for Speed Carbon Preview (X360)
The next Need for Speed game is nearly upon us and EA has been gracious enough to release a demo of the game on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Need for Speed Carbon is a mix of the things that worked well in the last few NFS games along with some new features that make it unique. I’m a big fan of the Need for Speed series, but after giving Carbon a test drive I have to admit I’m not completely sold on it yet.

WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 Preview (X360)
It has taken five years, but a good wrestling game is finally going to make an appearance on an Xbox system. WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 is coming to PS2, PSP, and Xbox 360 in November and from what we have seen so far, it is going to be a winner. Check out our hands on preview.

F.E.A.R. Hands On Preview (X360)
F.E.A.R. or First.Encounter.Assault.Recon. is currently scheduled for release in November for the Xbox 360 and from the hands on time I had with the F.E.A.R. Xbox 360 demo, it is going to be something special. If you haven’t already played it on PC, F.E.A.R. for Xbox 360 is going to be a must play title this fall.

LEGO Star Wars II Hands on Preview (Xbox, X360)
On September 12th, Lucasarts will release LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy across multiple platforms including Xbox and Xbox 360. This follow-up to the critically acclaimed original LEGO Star Wars improves on it in pretty much every way and also has the benefit of taking place in the classic Star Wars time period rather than the prequels which is sure to make a lot of people happy. Read our full report in this hands on preview.

Ninety-Nine Nights Preview (X360)
On August 15th, Microsoft will release Phantagram and Q? Entertainment’s Ninety-Nine Nights, a brawler in the same vein as the Dynasty Warriors series and Phantagram’s own Kingdom Under Fire (minus all of the strategy stuff). Huge battles with hundreds of enemies onscreen at once, great graphics, and solid gameplay are the name of the game here. Amazingly, Ninety-Nine Nights pulls it all off without a hitch. Find out all about it right here in our preview.

Prey Hands on Preview (Xbox 360)
After being delayed for over a week, the Prey demo finally hit the Xbox Live Marketplace on June 30th, 2006. The demo weighs in at a massive 1.17 GB and features 5 single player levels along with a multiplayer trial. Here are our thoughts on the demo and what you should expect when the game hits stores July 11th.

Chromehounds Hands On Preview (Xbox 360)
Chromehounds is the latest giant mech game from From Software (Armored Core series) and will be published by Sega for the Xbox 360. The game is scheduled for a July 11th, 2006 release. We got our hands on a single player demo and while our trial experience wasn’t entirely positive, we’re still looking forward to the final product.

Its Been a Fun Ride, Fallout 3
I love Fallout 3. In the two years since it was released, it has pretty much been my go to game whenever I have a break in between playing newer releases for review. I've put easily 350+ hours into it and played through from start to finish 8 times, including twice almost directly back to back this last Summer. The crazy thing is, I still...
