Skylanders Giants will add not only new giant sized Skylanders toys along with all new normal sized figures, but will also be fully forward compatible, which means all of your Skylanders figures from the first game will work just fine in Giants with all of their upgrades and customization intact. The game will require a new "Portal of Power", but will also introduce new technology in the new figures that will let them light up in special and unique ways when they are on - or just near - the portal.
The original Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure is a great kid and family friendly game that we highly recommended as one of the best kids games on Xbox 360.
