Halo 3 and Movie News
EB Games / GameStop has officially started taking preorders for Halo 3. You can get the base game for $60, a Collector's Edition for $70, or the Legendary Edition for $100. We don't have specific details on what will be included in the CE, but the LE will include everything you get with the CE plus a replica Spartan helmet. The game is currently scheduled for a November 2007 release. You can also reserve Halo Wars, the RTS game, as well.
Halo Movie Postponed Indefinitely
Bad news for fans looking forward to the Halo movie. After Fox and Universal pulled out of the project due to money reasons, Peter Jackson and his production company WingNut Films have announced that the film has been postponed indefinitely. It isn't cancelled or DOA quite yet, and is just on the back burner until they can put together a final product that will live up to expectations.

Has a huge halo and halo 2 fan. Im disappointed because i couldn’t wait to see Halo the movie. But Gamers do have Halo 3 to look foward too. I hope the movie sounds as good as i heard. I hope also that halo 3 is not a disappointment because ive heard rumors from people its not as good as Halo or Halo 2. But they are only rumors and i don’t believe them. Bungie you own too much! I love you guys! Not in a gay way though. Im sad also to hear halo 3 will be the final Halo
