We were honestly kind of shocked that Activision didn't just crank out a new NASCAR sequel earlier in 2012, and instead listened to the feedback and criticism of the first game and actually put effort into making NASCAR The Game: Inside Line a better product. The extra development time paid off in that Inside Line is undoubtedly a better game overall, with far better features and modes and improved gameplay, but it still has a collection of nitpicky problems that ultimately drag the experience down. It is greatly improved, but still not quite the game NASCAR fans have been waiting for.
