EA's latest NCAA Football game is on store shelves now, which means it is hot and miserable in mid-July, and it means my Idaho Vandals will finally be able to actually win some games! NCAA Football 13 builds on the solid feature set from last year by adding the Heisman Challenge mode and also adds a couple of significant gameplay changes that make the game more realistic than ever.
