The big announcement from Microsoft at E3 08 (well, other than Final Fantasy XIII) was that the Xbox 360 dashboard is going to get a complete overhaul this Fall. It will come with a new 3D interface, Mii-like Avatars, Netflix streaming video, and much, much more. We have five screens showing off the new dashboard right here.
