What Are You Spending Your Tax Rebate On? We Have Some Suggestions.

Monday May 12, 2008
The 2008 Economic Stimulus Tax Rebate checks are rolling out to millions of people across the U.S. over the next couple of months. Have you decided what you are going to spend your $600 on? We have some suggestions.

#1 - You could buy a new Xbox 360 system (check our Xbox 360 FAQs to answer any questions you might have) along with a couple of the games on our Top Ten Xbox 360 Games list. Now that is a great way to jump right into the absolute best the Xbox 360 has to offer.

#2 - If you already have an Xbox 360, how about playing some of the great under appreciated games you skipped before. You could buy every game on our Top Ten Overlooked Xbox 360 Games list and still have cash to spare.

#3 - Or, if you are looking for new stuff to play during the summer, I have a few suggestions there as well. "The Bourne Conspiracy", "LEGO Indiana Jones", "Race Driver: GRID", and "Ninja Gaiden 2" are all scheduled for release on June 3rd. Can't go wrong there. A week later, we have "Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm" (honestly, one of my personal most anticipated games of the summer), "Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit", "Don King Presents: Prizefighter", and "NASCAR 09". The rest of June and July will see "Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath", "Operation Darkness", "Civilization Revolution", "Unreal Tournament III", "NCAA Football 2009", "Spectral Force 3", and "Soul Calibur IV". If that isn't a great way to spend your summer, I don't know what is.

#4 - You can also take a different route. You could lay down the cash for Metal Gear Solid 4 on the PS3. Yeah, that's what I'm doing. Along with a new mountain bike. And spending the rest on Transformers. Good times.

What are you spending your Monopoly money on?
