If you have had problems with an Xbox or Xbox 360 in the past, the only solution was to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and talk to a service representative. Today, though, Microsoft has opened up a new website that allows you to register your Xbox or Xbox 360 console, set up a repair, and track the status of the repair, all online.
